Hotels sell unsold rooms quietly
Hotels can distribute rooms through different booking channels. The rate you see can vary by supplier, availability and booking conditions. A lower price is worth checking against the full terms.
A closed channel needs a closed group
Your membership gives you a login to search Travel Advantage’s member rates. Compare the total against the public price for the same stay before choosing where to book.
You are never obligated to book
You can book elsewhere whenever that offer suits you better. The membership renews until you cancel, whether or not you book travel. Any Best Price Guarantee claim must meet the company’s current eligibility and submission rules.

14-day refund window, before your first booking or purchase
If you join and decide it is not for you, email [email protected] within 14 days and your membership fee is refunded in full, no explanation required. After 14 days you can cancel anytime and billing stops. Review the enrollment terms before joining.
You can search and compare during this period. Booking travel or making a purchase through the platform during the first 14 days forfeits the refund for that period.
The one condition: if you book travel or make a purchase through the platform inside those first 14 days, the refund window closes, because the service has been delivered at that point.
